Wow! I really like this piece! Where was this (is it part of a garden?)?

Thank you!! This is at a park in downtown Columbia, SC. It has many Waterscapes throughout the park. The park is built on the side of a hill, making the way for several little rivers and waterfalls moving to the bottom where the water ends it's journey in a large man-made pond. This particular fountain is one of the parks main attractions, sitting at the very top of the hill, over looking the city lights of Columbia. It's a beautiful view at night. So glad you like it!
